We had a very good experience working with El Shaday. He and his team installed engineer wood floor in 3 bedrooms in my house. They are friendly, helpful, working hard and working well. I am glad that I found them. Their quote is very reasonable too.

As a woman who didn’t not know where to begin with a flooring project; I knew that I wanted to hire a contractor who would respect my home and perform the job with a high level of integrity. I hired El Shaday Flooring to install laminate flooring in my family room and kitchen, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jorge’s communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process from the initial consultation to installation day. What stood out most was Jorge’s level of expertise and how well-planned the entire project was. He walked me through each step of his vision, explained the flooring process, took measurements of the rooms, provided an overview of the supplies needed to get the job done, listened to my input, and seamlessly incorporated my ideas into the plan. The result was a well-executed project that reflected both his skill and our shared vision. Jorge and his team arrived on time and completed both rooms in about eight hours. The work was clean, efficient, and the floors turned out flawless. Jorge also went above and beyond by researching different flooring options and even accompanying me to the store to make sure we got exactly what was needed. I am very happy with the outcome and have already scheduled him to complete the stairs. I highly recommend Jorge to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable flooring contractor in the state of Virginia.

We had a fabulous experience with Jorge & El Shaday flooring. They were quick to respond and got the job done with a few days. We had a few specifications as to how the flooring would need to go down and he did it with ease. Very impressed and competitive pricing.

Prompt and professional response, quick and flexible quote, and exceptional work. This job was completed on an emergency basis, within 24 hours. We were originally told that there may be limitations on the work that we would need to compromise on, but this was done just to help provide reasonable expectations based on our space. In actuality, all of the discussion limitations were worked around and the job is beautiful.

They did my project efficiently, stayed in contact, let me know when they were arriving and asked questions throughout to make sure I was comfortable with what was happening. They also cleaned up once complete.

The guys at El Shaday flooring did a wonderful job on a recent project. We had approximately 700 ft.² of tile laid in our kitchen and living room. They were extremely professional and took the time to explain the process and how the work would go. They even came out a second time after the estimate just to make sure we understood how the process would go. They were hard-working and courteous. They made sure the area was clean each day when they were done with work. Additionally, they made sure that we had access to our kitchen area throughout most of the project, so there was a little interruption in our daily life. Their pricing was extremely competitive. And their workmanship was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them come back to do any additional work. They did an amazing job!!!

El-Shaday Flooring were exceedingly professional, knowledgeable installing my LVP Flooring, very time efficient in installing my entire house except the kitchen which already has ceramic tile and on-time every morning at 8:30 am, and personable/nice. They did an exceptional job on installing my flooring. Not to mention, their price quote was reasonable. I couldn’t have found a better company to install my floors and to do a better job in installing my floors. I truly appreciate El-Shaday and his’ men for doing an exceptional job. Thank you so much!

Great Experience. He completed my flooring job perfectly. We had LVP flooring installed by the builder throughout half of our main floor and carpet in the rest. We wanted the whole level to match. We found the discontinued flooring in a warehouse in Maryland and had it shipped down. Then we just needed an installer. We found El Shaday Flooring here on Thumbtack and they were excellent. They fully integrated our new planks to make it look like this was all installed from the beginning. We have zero thresholds now. I would certainly use and recommend them again.

Very happy with the quality of work and communication throughout the duration of this project - I would 100% recommend El Shaday not just for any tiling project but also a full bathroom model which was my project.

Our 20 year old kitchen was in bad need of a do-over! We have been working on it for four years with the last piece being the backsplash. We decided to go big, not just the backsplash, but to brick the entire kitchen. I received quotes through Thumbtack and based on the feedback we chose ElShaday Flooring. Jorge gave us a quote, timing, and was very confident. On day one his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were very professional, knowledgeable, worked very fast and meticulously. This was a big order, but they kept on course and got it finished in the timing Jorge had estimated. My husband and I are very happy with the end result. We LOVE it! The comments we have been receiving from friends are all over the top. I highly recommend ElShaday Flooring, Jorge and his crew for any flooring or backsplash tiling you may need. They are truly the best!!

So happy I chose El Shaday Flooring to complete the remodel job on TWO bathrooms. It was originally a Jack and Jill bath and I had it made into two separate bathrooms. George Benke lead the project and it turned out better than I'd imagined. George made recommendations that elevated the quality of work without much added expense. His team installed the shower stalls, marble tile, woodwork, marble sills and countertops. He and his crew are professionals, they arrive on time and complete the job on schedule. I will definitely use El Shaday Flooring on two upcoming renovations, a master bathroom and new kitchen.
